Darling joins Skullcandy from Nike, Inc. (NYSE:NKE) where he most recently held the role of General Manager, Nike+ Digital Sport. During his tenure with Nike, Darling was a member of the Nike Affiliates Global Leadership team and served as the Head of Strategy and Planning for Nike Affiliates (Converse, Cole Haan, Hurley and Umbro). Prior to Nike, Darling served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Development and General Counsel at Volcom from its initial public offering in 2005 until its sale to PPR in 2011. Mr. Darling was named to Sporting Goods Business' 40 Under 40 in Sports in 2010.

Kyle Wescoat joined us in October 2011 and serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining us, Kyle served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VIZIO, Inc., a multi-billion dollar seller and distributor of high quality branded consumer electronic products, including HDTV’s, home audio equipment, tablets, streaming players, personal computers and accessories. Prior to joining VIZIO in 2008, Kyle was the Chief Administrative Officer and CFO for a number of public and private branded consumer companies, including VANS, Cherokee, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Aspen Education Group. Kyle  received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University.

Aaron Behle joined us in September 2010 and currently serves as our vice president, international. From January 2006 to September 2010 Aaron served as global general manager and chief operating officer of Dragon Alliance, a premium eyewear company that separated from Oakley in June 2008. Aaron continues to serve on the board of directors of Dragon Alliance. From 2001 to 2005, Aaron was vice president of international for Reef, an action sports and surf-inspired footwear brand. He was also an international brand manager for Oakley from 1996 to 1999. Aaron is a licensed CPA in California and holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Richard Sargente joined us in December 2009 and serves as our vice president, North America sales. From March 2009 to December 2009, Richard served as vice president of sales for the consumer electronics division of Panasonic. From 2004 to March 2009, Richard served as vice president of sales, North America accessories and peripherals division for Philips Electronics. Richard holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Seo Salimi joined us in June 2011 and currently serves as our General Counsel and Secretary. From May 2005 through June 2011, Seo was an associate at Latham & Watkins, LLP, specializing in corporate securities and mergers and acquisitions. Seo holds a B.A. from the University of California Irvine and a J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
